How does it work:
Before you start Personal Training you will need to book an Initial Consultation. (only required once) Your Initial Consultation is for you to ask any questions you have and make sure you are happy with the Personal Trainer you have choosen. Your Personal Trainer will go through a few things with you to make sure they can help you.
After your initial consultation you can book all your future Personal Training sessions here online, simply choose the date and time you want then choose your Personal Trainer. Simple right?
Once you have sorted the date and time just use the check out to pay for your traininng, this will confirm your appointment and send you and your Personal Trainer a confirmation email.
How much will it cost?
- Single session not ongoing: $75
- Single session ongoing weekly: $60 per session
- Two sessions per week ongoing: $55 per session
- Three sessions per week ongoing: $50 per session
You will be given your discount code to use for booking at your initial consultation.
To cancel your appointment please email us 24 hours prior.
Please include in your email:
* The date and time you are wanting to cancel.
* Your bank account number for your refund.
To re-book an appointment please cancel your existing booking and re-book your new appointment online again.
Please Note: If you do not give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation you do not get a refund.
