Leek and Bacon Flan

Try this for a healthy family dinner:

Pastry 
1 cup flour
1 cup wholemeal flour
120 gms butter
½ cup cold water
Place first 4 ingredients in the processor till crumbly, and then put in flat quiche dish. 
Then place in the fridge to set for 15 min.

Filling mix
200gms of sautéed bacon with all fat removed
2 boiled leeks sliced
1 cup cottage cheese
6 eggs
1 ½ cups milk
Place the filling mix in the dish, garish with finely chopped red pepper on the top.
Then bake in the oven at 180 deg for about 40 mins or until lightly brown.
