Morning Start
Supplements Direct - Morning Start
To make 5 bowls
3 ½ cups of mixed grains (oats, barley, rye, wheatgerm, sesame & sunflower seeds mixed together)
5 cups water
Let cool then mix into the mix
½ cup dried and finely chopped apricots
½ cup sultanas
1½ tsp honey
1 cup protein power
3 heaped tbsp coconut
3 heaped tbsp mixed and roughly chopped nuts
Mix all together. Put 1 cup measure in plastic bowls then add 2 peach slices ,sliced in half placed on the top of the mix in star shape. Then one tsp of yoghurt and one cherry (cut in half) on the top of that. Lastly sprinkle coconut around the outside.
